What is AI training?
AI training is a practical workshop where your team learns to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) in daily work. It's not a theoretical lecture, but hands-on practice with real tasks.
Who is AI training for?
Every team and role. Our trainings are customized from executives to marketers, salespeople, HR, finance, and developers.
Do I need prior technical knowledge?
No! Our trainings start from the basics. If you can write an email, you can use AI.
What language are trainings in?
Estonian or English, according to your preference.
Format
How long does training last?
A half-day workshop lasts 4 hours, a full-day 8 hours. We also offer multi-day programs for larger organizations.
Is training on-site or online?
Both options available. We come to you anywhere in Estonia or organize online via video call.
How many people can participate?
Optimal group size is 5-15 people. For larger groups, we offer customized solutions.
Can we organize it at our office?
Yes! We come to you. All that's needed is internet connection and a projector/screen.
Pricing
How much does AI training cost?
Half-day workshop from €990, full-day €1,790. AI for Leaders €1,490. Multi-day programs priced by agreement.
Can we get a company invoice?
Yes, we issue invoices to your company. Payment term is 14 days.
Can training be funded by EU grants?
Yes, AIRE EDIH offers subsidized AI training for SMEs. Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund training grants can also be used.

Which AI tools are covered?
Primarily ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Midjourney, and industry-specific solutions. We customize according to your needs.
Is the training up to date?
Yes, we continuously update training content. The AI landscape changes rapidly and our trainings always reflect the latest state.
Do we get materials?
Yes, participants receive digital materials, prompt templates, and guides.
Security
Is AI safe with business data?
It depends on the tool and plan. In training, we cover data security in detail and recommend enterprise-grade plans where data is not used for model training.
Is AI GDPR compliant?
AI tools themselves are GDPR compliant, but users must ensure they don't input personal data inappropriately. We cover this in training.
After training
What happens after training?
We offer 30-90 days of follow-up support: email support, additional materials, and progress check. Continuation trainings available on request.
Do you offer long-term partnerships?
Yes, we offer monthly packages and long-term training programs for companies seeking systematic AI adoption.
